I was having issues with my artwork uploading too small onto their products, and I could not figure out why. I set my Illustrator file at the max size at 300 DPI. I sent them my file and they were able to figure out where I was going wrong during exporting and they sent me step by step instructions on what to do. They resolved my issue! Excellent response time and great customer service! I have not printed with them YET, but just from their catalog alone, they have OUTSTANDING selections and the services that they offer are amazing!! I did my research on all of the POD companies out there, and this one is BY FAR the best one I have found as far as everything they do and what they offer. Can't wait to start printing with them!

I’m new to POD. I think if I had known all nuances of starting a POD shop, I would have taken this impulse decision of mine and thrown it out the window.

This is also why I give them high marks and chose Apliiq after sampling another popular POD supplier. Their site is filled with a ton of information. I would recommend spending time watching their videos and reading their guided information. Their video on print options and color saturation is invaluable. Of course, I found that after I ordered my first samples. That’s okay. It seems there is a lot of trial and error on my end.

Great products, comfy threads, helpful support team. They can pretty much do anything you need, you just need to reach out and connect directly with them and they'll be responsive. Good place for POD with nice products, but make sure you stay in touch in case they have alterations or adjustments to your orders.

The customer service (especially the chat feature) is always on point & super quick to answer questions with well thought out solutions. Elena & Kim are our personal favorites :)

You can source all sorts of apparel, good brands like BELLA+CANVAS, Econscious and others, and apliiq's work is top-notch. When you need help, they are there for you. They bring the human element back to an increasingly digital world.
