Great app. Setup is fast and easy. Lots op possibilities and the service is also great. Within no time they have done a few adjustments to the widget so is it working great within our theme. Thanks a lot.

I only use this rewards app because I use the subscriptions app and it's the only loyalty program that works with their subscription app. I highly recommend the subscription app. I've had this for maybe a year now and I'm starting to see improvements but you are definitely on the bleeding edge here. The integration with Klaviyo is better than it was a year ago but still not where it needs to be to really drive revenue and customer experience. It's still a bit clunky and not up to par with others. That said the team is very responsive and helpful. You can get them within minutes on chat and they'll write code, work on things and generally get you answers in a very timely manner. I think they'll get there but it's not there yet. That said if you have a a subscription product and want loyalty program this is a very good solution.

However, we are already supporting the custom properties and email variables that you requested initially for the Klaviyo integration. We confirmed it in our response on June 27, 2024. So far so good, some minor problems came up but they were on my end and Uri was an excellent help! I'm only on the free version currently until I can get some more site traffic so I can't comment on some of the features, but I think this app is a keeper. Best plan prices I've seen for the features they include.

They did a great job transferring me from my old loyalty program it was a breeze and they are helping me set up some perks as well that will work with my memberships we offer!
