I can honestly say that the local Australian agent, Laura, has done nothing but try to assist me with every request. I tried this app a couple of years ago and deleted it due to it being a little glitchy, but reloaded under a different store because of its five-star reviews. I'm not going to suggest that it's an necessarily easy platform to navigate on the first viewing, but once it's set up correctly with the help of the team, it will save you an abundance of time. Stick with it, reach out to Laura, and get the job done. Tim

I recall reading all the positive reviews on this App so we were looking forward to a positive experience as shipping in an ecommerce store can be a headache. Well we had just a few questions, or maybe a lot of questions and they were very patient and answered every one. All is working well and even after a few months, they continue to offer the same good support at no additional charge.

The support team are SO helpful, they email back to me really fast, and implements improvements / tweaks ASAP. For $10/month this is a REALLY good app!! Every app always has room for improvements and feature suggestions, but they're happy to work on it!

It works well and I have had no problems with it at all. All support queries were answered within a reasonable time.

It does rates which is great, which you can set up yourself but it's a pain. Handles international well too. Where this falls short is it offers no solution that makes it easier to ship your items. There's a CSV export from inside the app itself which I just found, but it'd be great if it generated a printable label, or a sheet of them.

Where do we even begin? Let's just start with we won't be able to have a successful launch without the help of the Addition team. We're running a Hobby Store, which means we're dealing with various packages of different dimensions and weights. The Addition team's been helping us through the entire process - from setting up the weights, to making sure the packages are all fine. Very very fast support with a great sense of humor - if they can put up with us being technologically cursed, I'm sure they can help solve your problems too.
