I have just installed the app and had a couple of issues but Emily from customer service was amazing. Not only she guided me through the process on my side but she also jumped in to deal with more advanced questions that I certainly wouldn't be able to fix on my own!
Just in setting up everything I am confident these tweaks will help my conversion rates. I was able to do most myself, but the countdown got tricky since I am not so great at coding. Jasmine was able to install on my behalf very quickly & was very patient & helpful. Can't wait to see results!
