I reached out to Hana for assistance and was immensely pleased with the promptness of her responses. Within just a minute or two, she was connected and ready to assist. I inquired about setting up a "Buy X Get Y" coupon system, and although they don't currently have that exact feature, Hana was quick to provide alternatives. I appreciated her suggestions but opted for a text-based solution given my current timeline to launch my store.

One significant highlight was Hana's generous offer of 12,000 free emails per month, which I found to be an excellent value addition. While the exact solution I was looking for wasn't available, Hana's swift, kind, and proactive assistance made my experience a positive one. I'll be sticking with the current app for now, but it's great to know there are support representatives like Hana to assist when needed.

I have decided to use this app because it offers many additional feature that are not included in many of the apps if looked at. Tis offers such great integration across platforms. I have to give it a try. And not that I have been assisted to complete the email setup in the MX, I can do exactly that. Thank you for the great support.

So far Ava Email is easy to use and makes you look great while doing it. I'm still setting everything up but when I hit a small snag in the design part of my welcome email, I was able to connect with Emily, not in minutes it was seconds. I couldn't believe how quickly she replied. Emily was able to resolve my problem and I was back editing my welcome email in no time. If everything turns out like her support I think this will be a winning email marketing program! I'll edit this in a few months to let you know.

Its really easy to set up, and the support staff its really helpful. Using it to send trough amazon SES and it works perfect, there is no other app like this on the shopify platform, i recommend it a lot.
