I got on the Chat Room because I did not know how Avada works and wanted some more information. Hana popped up and went me through the process and explained to me all the 3 plans available. Avada Tool been a breakthrough for my store. I'm solo-store owner who does everything including contacting suppliers, customers, SEO, design, social media etc, so every precious minute counts. Avada Automation, and email-Marketing tools is worth every penny. Special shout out to Emily, my tech support, who helped me a few times during technical issues.

We've just got started using Avada Email Marketing & SMS but so far it has been pretty amazing! It immediately suggests what you should do upon opening the app and one of the first things we needed was a pop up for our site.

They offer some great templates for popups but even if you choose one of the templates, it is highly customizable. You can make it match your store and add custom CSS if you need to.

Next up is creating workflows to welcome new customers and for abandoned shopping carts. That is customizable too, and they have great templates you can create for your transaction emails in shopify.

This app offers a lot of features and I mean a lot of really good ones. You can't go wrong by installing this app and using it for your email and marketing needs. The support has been fantastic, "Hana" has been ready and available to help me with any questions or problems I run into. I look forward to using all this app has to offer! And I definitely look forward to help from Hana should I need it.
