I have used Avada's APP in different stores; it is rich in functions and easy to use, thanks to Jasmine for her patient guidance.
It's fine. You can get help form the support anytime you need (as Jasmine helped me) but it has happened a few times that I needed help, because something didn't work
Their service is insane i had a problem but thanks to their 24 hour support it was fixed in seconds thanks to Juliana and her help!
Not everything works perfect from the beginning, but the team is very helpful.
