I have built 5 shopify sites over the last year and the online chat with this app is the BEST customer service i have ever had (you can imagine i have tried alot of apps) I asked the most silly questions when i couldnt even find a button or where things were and they stayed on the chat for over an hour and talked me through each page! Very easy to use , and the function are useful for us. It provide many template for us to send EDM.
Most important of all is the support team "Hana" very nice and take care of our experience .
I had several questions on pricing and features in regards to using this App. Their are so many to choose from & I was able to reach customer service right away. I spoke with Lydia & she was extremely knowledgeable on the features & pricing plans. She answered all of my questions quickly & was extremally polite.
