Experience problem this morning, contacted support Fennic and thinking to give it a day to solve it (that's how the other app work) in fact, they respond immediate and have it fixed immediately. First time contacted support for help and it was an amazing experience! And also I love the way it allowed us to customize the invoice template into the style matching our brand with very simple steps!

It is imperative for us to be able to send the right information to our customers, and when we have any issues at all, the support team is always eager to help. This App is pretty easy to use. We just got started over the past week. The invoice was missing some address fields so they were not quite matching up for what we needed for shipping, but Fennic was able to fix that for us no problem. Great service too. Thank you!
