I searched for and tried multiple back in stock apps, and this one worked best for what we needed. It's easy to use and the reporting is done in a way that suits our company best. Also, from my initial experience, their service is great. I needed some assistance with setting part of it up - I contacted them, and Vishu was quick to help and very kind.
Vishu was a great help in setting up my design with the Back in Stock button so thank you. The app seems to be very easy to use and navigate. Hoping it leads to more sales in the future but will have to wait and see.

Used this for our first preorder and it worked great, takes a little time to get everything configured and tested but the app helps guide you through everything.
Love the out of stock notifications as well. The app tags every preorder which you can use to route them through a different import process. Would be nice if the app set a metafield storing the pre order date.
Pain Points,
- There's no way to currently export all of the pre orders within the app, I had to do this via filtering with Matrixify. The app developer is building out new features and it would be nice to be able to do that.
- You can't customize the location of the back in stock button via the theme editor, their team has to do this for you.
The app is working perfectly for my use case, and the support team is incredible. They've worked with me to ensure the app works despite needing additional customizations to my theme. They consulted me through the solution and were able to get everything working great.
Customer support is fantastic. Had a few minor fixes when I set up the app, pretty user friendly. Would recommend.
