So far so good! Obviously, I use the app for back in stock notifications and also for pre-order items. Very simple to install and use. I enjoyed the free plan for a few months and upgraded to the paid plan. If the paid plan comes with a bit more notification quota, that will be great. Other than that, all good.

We LOVE this app. Being able to notify our customers of a product that comes back into stock is amazing, and the app definitely contributes to increased sales. We recently had a few issues with a new custom site, and Back In Stock customer service went above and beyond to find a work around. If you don't have this app, GET IT!

This app has helped us recapture significant revenue when we've run out of stock. We send out emails and SMS notifications when a product comes back in stock and those always lead to great performance days. Would highly recommend!

Pretty snazzy app, I wish I had found this a few years ago. Eye opener for how many future sales you potentially missed out on. Their customer support team is ridiculously helpful as well.

I use this app for when a sneaker (size) is out of stock. Received the best support I’ve gotten so far from a Shopify app! Super quick response and they made the perfect adjustments. I was expecting an how to link, but they went the extra mile and adjusted everything to my template!

Pays for itself – absolutely vital to our business. Some of our products tend to have long lead times, and this is exactly what we needed. Not only can we communicate to our customers when the products they're looking for are available, it allows our purchasing team to inform their demand/supply plans. The value for the price is incredible when compared to similar functionality with traditional large volume ESPs, which cost an arm and a leg. We love BIS!

This app is a really helpful feature for our customers, as sometimes we have quite long waits for our products to be restocked, and then when they do come back in, they can sell out quickly, so this helps keep customers up to date. The support is EXCELLENT. James helped me with so many little questions, and he adapted and styled the integration to sit perfectly within my store.
