I have been using this app across multiple stores. Super clean, and the ROI on using it is fantastic. Very helpful team behind this app as well. Upon request they had further developed their theme integration to work with Narrative theme as well... Within 24 hours of reaching out!

These guys have been great - we've been using it since it was just starting out and it's worked consistently. Since then, they have added a ton of improvements and obvious integrations that make it even more seamless.

It's been a great way to provide customers with updates as well as capturing sales on restocks.

If you have any issues, their support have been fantastic.

We use back in stock on all 5 of our Shopify stores and wouldn't go without it. The functionality is great and we get a surge in sales when we get a product back in stock. Great app, great support team, two thumbs app for back in stock!

Great customer service. I have been using the app with an old Shopify theme and this month when I updated the my site, needed some extra help from Back in stock. Sara helped me very quickly and is now not an issue anymore - This app is a must for your store!

Great App. Generates a good amount of what would have been missed revenue had we not had the app. Highly recommend.

***Updated. Unfortunately, I had to lower the score. Restock notifications are no longer sending instantly or near instantly. They are taking at least 30 mins. to hours. This is bothersome because it causes us to think something is wrong and we spend an unnecessary amount of time trying to trouble shoot.

They also have a "chat" service but no one is ever available, so it turns into just an "email us" feature.

***Update again. Restocks not sending, we have to contact support every time we have an inventory update. We will not be renewing our membership.
