Rewind Backups

This app is imperative to have! I was skeptical about the app at first - thought it would be just an additional expense for another app hardly used. So glad we ended up going froward with it - we recently incorporated another app which completely wiped out everything once their developers went live with it, within a matter of minutes everything was restored thanks to Rewind.

I installed Rewind because I wanted to make some changes to my store theme settings but I did not want to lose all the settings I've done . Am happy with what Rewind App provides as it's really easy to just add it and let it run automatically. I have now the peace of mind that my store content is always safe with the regular backup done by Rewind App. I would highly recommend Rewind to all store owners.

Awesome app....almost forgot we have it. Sleep well knowing when I wake the store is waiting and if it weren't, I would just Rewind. Everything in life should be this easy.

Have rec'd a call from the team just caring about our experience, EVEN THO WE ARE ON THE FREE PLAN at this time. Usually you cant find people when you have a problem...not with these folks. They do care about our businesses.

I love the design and thought gone into this app, I have yet the need to restore anything so can't comment about this, The options are individualized and very handy. Doing time date and specific item restores is just a big bonus. I will have to wait to give further feedback once I have restored something. Lets face it if you have a website you need to be able to back it up. If disaster occurs you want to be prepared.

Hey Mike! Rewind saved my ass today! While working on a major home page update I accidentally deleted some obscure Facebook code that I had no idea where I originally got it. Would have taken me hours to fix the problem. BUT rewind enabled me to get a home page copy of a week before, and fixed my error in five minutes -- versus 5 hours. Was I ever glad I am paying for the rewind! tnx, Dana, webmaster (aka webslave) :D

I Haven’t had the need to re-install my site from Rewind yet, but it certainly provides peace of mind in case the unthinkable happens! Glad to know I can be back up and running again with just a “click” or two... Rewind also submits regular detailed updates on the backups of my store. I would definitely rate Rewind as a “Must Have” app considering the amount of hours spent in setting up and perfecting a Shopify Store!

We use Quantity Breaks from Bold Commerce. Been using it for years. Products C500 to C599 and other products were added to Quantity Breaks because the Price Breaks had "Disappeared". Rewind destroyed all our additions to Quantity Breaks. If point of fact we have over 1100 products in Quantity Breaks. REWIND REMOVED Over Two Thirds of our products from
the price grid we set up 3 to 4 years ago. Use Rewind at your own risk.

This is a must have.

Having recently suffered a massive loss of data due to a Shopify glitch (not that they'll admit it) - I am still rebuilding my store three weeks later.

Rewind gives you the features that should be built into the platform by default and by doing so, gives me more peace of mind than I thought possible.

If you thought your Shopify data was backed up - it's not. Get Rewind and get on with building your business.

Rewind has been amazing so far, its backup everything !!!! on my Shopify account automatically, and already saved me several times when products have been mistakenly deleted, it was very simple to restore from backup - perfect.

I recommend this application to all Shopify store owners who are doing any kind of development. I received excellent customer service when I had some specific questions about the information that was backed up. The response was fast and the questions were answered and I was on to my next task. This app truly has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can basically hit the undo button if I mess anything up during my website development.
