This app is absolutely wonderful and absolutely essential for a storefront. Clement, the founder, has an excellent work ethic as well. He generated some custom reports for my store at lightning speed and was very engaging when I explained to him the difficulties that I experienced. He was also extremely detailed in problem-solving and helped me to overcome many hurdles! Thanks to this app, I have saved many hours of manual calculations. I cannot enough praise and thanks to this nifty app and its founder! :)
They are really easy to work, quick and responsive. They individually help craft reports that would otherwise only be available by upgrading to Shopify pro. Thankful this app exists.

When I was waiting to receive new inventory I hates sending potential buyers away with a "Sold Out" message. But this app helped give an alternate action people could take to keep them connected.
This app does a great job of filling the gaps in Shopify's native reporting tools.
The user interface is not super intuitive, but the support is AMAZING - any time I need a report created or modified, all it takes is an email to them and the changes I need are created within a day. SO helpful. Highly recommend this app if you require any degree of comprehensive reporting.
We worked with Kritesh to develop a very specific style of report that we needed for our store and he was so patient, helpful, and timely in responding with every iteration we wanted to try. He was able to make the report just the way we wanted it! This app is very powerful with the pre-made reports it has as well, and the ability to schedule reports to send to our accountant, etc. is so nice to be able to take one more thing off our plate each month.
The Better Reports has been awesome!! Anytime I have a question I can press the blue button and I have an emailed answer shortly .
