I run an ecommerce store for an artist, and we've had tremendous success with this app. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a boost in revenue for their store. I'll also add that the service is unmatched, and Vinayak is always promptly responsive and helpful.

One word of caution to anyone using a Facebook messenger app. Don't use the Brooklyn theme on shopify. Due to Facebook's guidelines any chat box will cover the checkout button on Brooklyn.

I must say the experience is awesome. It really helps to get new customer opt in, aswell as pushes the sales. The features are amazing and the team are really helpful. I requested trial for the biggest plan that has new fetchers was not there when I tried their plan at first ( when it was just 2 plans free and pro ) and I got that replay : '' Our tech team is overloaded right now so would take time to generate a separate trial link for you
