The Bold Subscriptions app has an excellent technical team and customer service, as they respond quickly and efficiently to any questions that may arise while using the app. The app works properly without interruptions, providing a complete solution for offering subscription products. I especially want to mention the support received from Bhumi, who answered our questions patiently and clearly.
There are still a lot of hiccups with the app, and features not available, which is a bit frustrating. I've forwarded concerns to Chintak, who has been a great help. I'm foreseeing a lot of back and forth to help me with concerns. But overall, it BOLD works just fine.
Customer service is great, instant chat and people are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer support helped me get to the bottom of a payment issue and didnt tire of my endless stream of clarifying questions. Bhumi was my rep and they were great!
Today, I reached out for assistance with updating prices for Subscribers. We had already done a bulk update, but it was ineffective. Daniel took the time to first begin updates for me and then to walk me through how to do updates, and even verified that it was done correctly. At the end, he made sure I felt confident to continue this process myself. Daniel was super helpful and patient. I truly appreciated all the help, and am happy that all our prices are the same across the board now.

Bhumi was extremely helpful for me in making some adjustments to my subscription group! They were able to help me with making changes to the code and the subscription groups. I thought it would take forever but they were able to help me out quickly and show me videos that showed exactly how to make the changes instead of trying to describe it. Very helpful!
