I've switched from own programmed solutions that we needed to use some years ago and currently scaling a new brand using BON. It's just fantastic!!! Here are some more Infos from my thoughts why you should be using it and how it helps me and my Brand:

I have only just installed the app, but hazel has done an amazing job helping me transfer over from my previous rewards program. help me customize my whole rewards page and gave me some great tips on what else I can do to make my program work even better!

My customers reported difficulty using at checkout. Where the cart would flip out and not show the correct items in the checkout screen.

If this continues the app is completely useless and pointless.

We're sorry your customers had a rough checkout experience and understand how important a smooth process is and are here to ensure it happens. Just to clarify, the checkout page is managed by Shopify, not BON. We conducted tests on our end and were able to apply BON discounts at checkout without encountering the issues mentioned in your review. We’ve sent you a screen recording showing the entire process via email.

The service is amazing! Quick response time and all of my issues were solved. They removed the Bon branding and changed the email address on the email templates to my personal domain name. So excited to get started using this app.
