I had an issue inside the setup process that made it difficult for customers to be taken to a certain page. I reached out to support and within a day they we're able to help me. If you get Genie or Maxxie I'm positive they can help with anything!

Very easy to setup and use. Excellent customer service and very nice to work with. I am currently using it and I believe it will certainly make a big difference on how customer's interact with it. Thank you. -- Update -- I am still impressed with this application. The customer service is really nice and attentive, listened to suggestions, and truly made an app that I am proud to keep there name on my website.

I wasn't sure if i was going to keep the app but Anna was SOOO helpful i am going to pay for it and it is SOOO easy to use !! and if you need help their customer service is AMAZING!

Highly recommend this app! Most free apps don't have very good customer service but I've been working with Emile and she is incredibly sweet, helpful and knows the app very well.
I literally couldn't find a paid app that is as good as this one. I don't understand how it is free, but I love it.

I have tried a lots of loyalty applications including Smiles. I am taking my time and writing this detailed review because Bon Loyalty Team is amazing. The application is free and it has much better customization and multi language support features then most of the paid apps. The support they provided is excellent. I was in touch with many people in the team and they all are caring and kind. They do their best to help you and believe me their best is great. I would like to thank all of them, especially to Emile, Tracy and Andy. Don't wast your time, try this app.
