I just started using this app for my store, and so far its a great app. Had a few questions about the widget and loyalty setups and Anna was so helpful. She made the whole setup process so smooth and answered all my questions. Amazing customer service, thank you Anna!!!

It was suggest by the Shopify help staff that I install a rewards program to help with referrals and reviews. I came upon Bon and was impressed with it and installed it recently. It was simple to set up. Daisy, the agent that helped me was super helpful and answered all my questions. I couldn't find the widget on my home page and she showed me it was hidden under another widget. She showed me how to move it to the left and everything turned out perfect. Even though I have just started with this app I would recommend it to anyone. I know it is going to help my business grow. Thanks Daisy and Bon for all of the help.

We've been using this app for perhaps over a year, after searching high and low for a decent loyalty app.
The features are easy to use and it isn't difficult to set up. You can import all of your previous reviews through CSV.
The best thing about this app is the customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to make your requests happen and are always available to chat through the live chat option. I have spoke often to their chat and they are always so kind and helpful with my queries. Today I spoke to Genie, who is just a real gem, a total asset to the business.
