Customer Support by Rob has been helpful in setting up my products on the app. I think the app could be refreshed in overall look and to make configuration a little bit more intuitive. But the app functions work to my needs.
Had a bit of an issue with the app's functions, BUT the support team was efficient in addressing any problem I had! Friendly, quick, and able to not only fix my issue but also guide me in better understanding the app to avoid any future confusion.
That said, my issue was a bit more in-depth than what I normally work with in the app. From creating appointments, to searching past customers, to customizing the schedule for more specific days is so convenient to control from the same app. This calendar is by far my preferred app to any other method I've used in my seven years of admin work.

Hello, everyone who reads this comment I want to tell you that bta is an incredible app! 100% recommended, it will make your store easy for your customers to use and it also has many options according to your needs, it is worth integrating this app in your store, do not think about it.
Their technical support is very friendly and they really support you to make your project look incredible, sincerely it is a quality company and I would recommend adding to their store more than a thousand times.
We plan to use this app to book studio classes and we have had nothing but a great experience with the customer service team any time we have questions. Rob is the MAN! Very on top of his work. Stand by the app so far, simply on the fact that it is so EASY to use and EASY to ask questions.
It's working great so far - I am on a trial plan and find that the app works for the rental service offered. The customer support is also prompt and professional - I would definitely recommend.

I really love how easy navigated the app is! If I’m need of any help the book that app support team are excellent. On a couple of occasions I have submitted a request and got a response straight away from a lovely chap called Rob, he has been very helpful in solving any issues I have and his speed of response is top notch! We were having difficulty with the booking app, but it really boiled down to user error.
We connected with Rob B. via their online support and he was able to help us fix everything. Very patient and communicated very clear in terms of how to use certain fields. He also helped us by updating our widget - which really made a difference, and we feel will add to a positive user experience.

I don't even know where to start...
We have been using this app for 3 years, and it has been nothing but trouble. The first, and most pervasive problem we have been having with this app is overbooking. It has never honored the capacity that we set. We went over this with customer support for a couple years and the problem was never fixed. When the new "widget" came out, we were told it would solve our problems...
Customer support installed the widget, but they did not check their work. The number of tours changed from 2 a day to 3 a day, and at the wrong times. We came in the next day and there were 180 people overbooked for the morning tour. 180 people.
This might sound great for business, but we had to explain to an angry group, of just south of 200 people, that we could not accommodate all of them due to fire code occupancy regulations. It was a day from hell.
Customer service stepped in and made a much bigger effort (finally) to fix this problem. They did, but we now have a problem where reservations are dublicated, bringing down the total count, and losing us money.
I'm starting to think that this software is poorly written, where one problem begets another. Customer service has been very defensive when we point our issues (red flag), and it is obvious through email, that English is not their first language.
Stay away from this app. We have been spending a lot of time trying to switch to a new booking system but we feel very stuck. Run away.
Edit: I received this email from the developer a few hours after this review:
"Per our terms of service, we do not permit hostile stores to use our App. At this time I would like to notify you that access to BookThatApp will be removed in 24 hours (2019-01-23 15:15:59 +0000 UTC). At that time we will email you a csv file containing your upcoming bookings.
Sorry we were not able to work it out, and good luck with your store.

My experience with bookthat app was top tier. I needed help setting up a custom page embed, their representative, Albert, did it free of charge.
