After installing the app, i couldn't see any more, videos on my product pages i hear music only (on mobile) videos getting black... Even now after removing the app i still have problems with some videos... i contacted shopify support, still resolving issue.. before that my site was perfect

Tested this out trying to find a good live chat service. Took 15 minutes to get the live chat email. Yet my contact form gets the email there right away.

Chatra, it works. We've used quite a few chat programs and this one fits 95% of the use cases for it. Simple to use, triggerable for actions users might do--which is very good and you should use.
