Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Used this app make an firewood store where customers can pickup from our various lumber sortyards. Pleasantly unexpected depth of settings, lots more features than I realized and exactly what we needed to get all our employees and contractors at the different locations up and running quickly--like notifiation emails to specific people based on which locations were ordered from. They really thought this through. And excellent support. I had one compatibility issue with another app and even though it wasn't Zapeit's fault, they got involved in the email thread and helped fix everything. Thank you!

Great app with even better service! Did all of the functionality I could imagine. It is a little pricey but the extra orders I will get from it will more than pay for the cost.

I'm a big fan of Zapiet. I offer local delivery, pickup, and shipping. I have very specific requirements (orders for future dates, cannot provide address until upon order confirmation, etc.). With Zapiet, I'm fortunately able to accomodate all of my unique requirements. I'm not great at tech and have had difficulty setting up my first ecommerce store. Every time I had an issue, Zapiet was able to respond to my questions quickly and clearly. They save me so much time and trouble! Thank you for the stellar customer service, Zapiet! This is a must have app for B&M stores with online presence. Andrew and his team is unbelievable. Here is a quick example: I emailed him an issue and he immediately responded 9:00 pm london time! Wow! who even provides support that late? Very quick with fixing the issue. The price is reasonable and they are not in the business of nickle and diming the businesses. Excellent app and excellent support.

I started using the app due to issues with other pickup and delivery apps and, while it is slightly more expensive, it is worth every penny. The help I have received throughout is amazing and they were able to code for me to make their app function exactly as I wanted!
