Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!

We began using this app to set up store pickups when we re-opened after the lockdown. We had fantastic help setting it up. Since setting up the app, we have adapted and made changes on a number of occasions. Each and every time I have reached out, I have received quick and helpful service. i feel like I have been helped by every member of the Zapiet team at this point and each one of them has been professional and my queries and issues always fixed really quickly. Great App & an even greater customer service team!

I had a review saying don't trust their 14 day free trial, but it turns out it was a miscommunication and they fully refunded my money. I have used it for a few weeks and I can say this:

Pros: It's actually pretty robust, which great options. I've chatted with most of the employees on email and they are a very friendly and responsive bunch.

Improvement: It's not for me at this stage but that's ONLY because I need separate collections to have separate rules. Some things to be picked up only, some things to be delivered only etc. That won't be an issue for the vast majority of people.

Aside from that tiny hindrance, it's a great app and I wish the team the best.

Great app, but even better staff working for the app, Jessica went above and beyond this evening. We were really struggling with the rates and getting our shipping and local pick up options sorted, Jessica step by step talked us through it and fixed everything for us, answered a lot of silly questions from us having no idea what we are doing. I realised near the end that Jessica had actually stayed later than what her shift was to help us, yet again fix another issue with product specific preparation time. Credit to your team.

Absolutely awesome service EVERY single time. I would pay triple for an app with this type of support over a better free app. Trust me, you wont go wrong.

Haven't fully tested the app yet, but had one of the best customer service experiences with Zapiet. After a slight delay, (due to higher than normal traffic volume for Zapiet) the customer service team fixed all my problems and even went above and beyond to provide extras I didn't even ask for! We are confident that Zapiet will work great for our local business and feel great having such a supportive group behind us.

So far so good. I was having the hardest time with customers ordering who wasn't in my delivery area. I saw this app and decided to give it a try. not only did it work perfectly customer service went above and beyond to help me implement it and workout all the kinks i am so excited now

Probably one of the best thought out apps there is out there. Almost everything has been considered for us (the merchant) and also the customers using it. In depth FAQ/instructions which are extremely detailed, and if there is something else you need, both Sam and Andy are very helpful, fantastic customer service and knowledge. With the restrictions we have with Shopify checkout, I feel that this app does the absolute max to minimise them, highly recommended and i look forward to my customers using this feature and what else these guys can do! Top marks. Thank you

This is a great product that is easy to use, even for those without coding experience. Andy went above and beyond to ensure it was installed on our site properly, even with the added needs of our slide out cart. Fantastic experience!
