We've been using the Store Pickup + Delivery app for over 18 months and it has been crucial to our online sales, without it we would not be able to sell our products online! We originally started with one store and it has allowed us to expand our store to three different countries. Andy has been a tremendous help and we could not find any app that could come close to the versatility offered by Zapiet. Great app, great service and support!

I was originally having some issues and trying to figure out where I had made an error and finally resorted to emailing support. And I really wish I had just emailed them earlier! My issue was sorted out in one hour! Support had found where I had entered the incorrect code and promptly fixed it for me. Absolutely thrilled with the level of support!
This app is a great concept and our store depends on it to integrate pickup and delivery, but good luck if you ever have an issue and need support!
We spent the entire holiday season trying to get help with Zapiet order issues and two weeks later with the holiday season behind us still no "support"

It appears that you had a little trouble getting our Deliv integration activated on your store. There are several steps involved in getting the integration up and running, and multiple teams involved in the process. So it can take a little while to configure, especially during the holiday season. We are actively working with the Deliv team to streamline the setup process as much as possible.

This has been essential to our Brick-and-Morter Appliance Store. We needed a very simple way to have the customer choose In-Store pickup. Before this app, we had to ask the customer to enter our store's Zip so the sales tax would calculate correctly. As you might expect, the customer never did. When a customer chooses In-Store at the cart now, this app prefills your store's address and hides it, so they are only entering e-mail and phone number information. The app developer, Andrew, has been very responsive and helpful also with a few caveats related to our theme. This was a life-saver!
After 2 yrs of trying to figure out why they don't offer actual US support during US hours, I am now losing business due to their lack of response. Since it takes 24 hrs for response, and only on UK time, I'm removing it. I need an app that actually has US or scheduled support, and phone # which they do not, and help for my business. Not worth the $

We are a UK based company but do offer extended hours of support into US timezones now with our team growing significantly this past year. We now have coverage from 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am - 6pm through weekends, and are rapidly working our way towards been able to offer 24 hour global support. Our average response time is currently less than five hours.
Saying that this week has been a challenge as the majority of our team have been attending the annual Shopify’s Developers conference to learn about the latest updates on how we can make Store Pickup + Delivery better and more feature rich in the future.
We also now have an inbound support number (+1 (718) 568-5560) that is available for you to call anytime should you require urgent assistance.

This app does exactly what we need it to do, and the support is awesome! We had a few questions that they were able to help us with quickly.
I compare this app as i compare an android phone to an iphone. This app has every function and they are still adding more. It is versitile and can be adapted to your needs. Their customer service is fast and very helpful. I would like to see a fixed price for long term users, as it can be seen as expensive long term. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed with this app. The app went down about a week ago and it hasn't been functioning properly since then, causing disruption to my business. Getting their support to respond to me is the most challenging task of all. It's been 4 days and 3 follow-ups with no response, not even an acknowledgment that they have received this email. On top of that, their support is only available during European hours. If you are going to be servicing US customers, you should have support during US timezomes. I'm paying for a service where I can't use one of it's most critical features...I'm looking for another solution now.
Nous avons ajouté cette application à notre eshop pour pouvoir paramétrer au mieux nos livraisons & click&collect, la mise en route a été un peu laborieuse (ce qui explique la note, si j'vais pu j'aurais mis 4,5 ;) ) mais à chaque fois que nous avons eu un problème ou une question nous avons rapidement reçu aide ou réponse, et une fois que tout est fonctionnel l'app est juste top !
