The best value Helpdesk you can find. I switched from a far more expensive platform and I don't miss it. Onboarding was easy and I have been able to use the helpdesk like any other. Support has been second to none with Karri helping us out promptly with any questions we had.

We switched from another support app and are now saving a lot of money. Commslayer offers tons of features, the AI is great, and new functions are constantly being added. The support team is outstanding and very responsive. Highly recommended!

In my opinion the best software for your CS and also the cheapest. I used Gorgias before and the service was shit, could only ask through email and with Commslayer I have the ability to ask things on Slack directly.
