So far I have had very good service, I need to get some stuff done for a customers order, there was a glitch in the system and I couldn't complete the POD. I was able to get on to REBECCA in customer service and she was able to sort the problem out on the spot.

A convenient platform for dropshipping beginners, procurement process is slow. Had an experience before X'mas that the order status was stuck at 'processing' for many days, eventually it couldn't be fulfilled due to out of stock. Hence I'd suggest users to check stock availability with CJ prior to placing the order because the system is not sychronized with suppliers.
I'm revising this review rating from one star to three stars (6/10) because the agent was sincere and keen to help.

PS: Avoid using Paypal as payment method if your store is selling generic products. PayPal has been restricting accounts, holding users' funds for 180 days without warnings nor specific reasons, can't refund to a customer who paid via PayPal.

Initially, I was extremely satisfied with their service. Items were shipped within 3 business days and tracking information reflected products that were on their way to the customer. In just this week alone, CJ has shipped products to the wrong customers (twice). An order has been processing since Jan. 22, and they are unsure if it has processed, or will process. Not to mention tracking information is a joke. My customer's guess is as good as mine when of if anything will ship. I am holding out hope that things will change, but looks like I will start my journey to find a better supplier.

They offer the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Eric wu in particular helped me perfectly. He always answers quickly, gives precise and accurate answers and is always friendly!

I chose to work with CJ Dropshipping over Oberlo because my product was cheaper and had faster shipping. I was also surprised when I had my own agent. My agent, Skye, has been super helpful and has done a great job troubleshoot my problems. I absolutely love having my own agent.
