I am giving 5-stars because Howard's responses are great and helpful as always even we just acquainted a few days ago. The only downside is that the shipping/carrier are not good enough, currently, there are a lot of missing orders in transit and never delivered, there should be more carrier and accurate options for the US, Canada, GB and European country orders.

I used the app and started work with importing products to my store and now purchased the personalise packing for my store. I discovered the application not long ago. So far everything is going well. They respond quickly to requests. I can chat with my agent at any time, privately on whatsapp and or skype. This is very important in a competitive environment that requires a lot of reactivity.
