Infinite Options has been a really effective tool in giving our customers more control over their designs. Customer service has also been great in responding and resolving any little thing we weren't sure of. Would highly recommend to any shop selling highly customizable items!
I had an issue with how infinite options was displaying when I switched my theme to "Fashionopolis."
I wrote to customer support on a Sunday and head back from their team in an hour. They sent a easy-to-understand step-by-step process to solve my issue and it worked perfectly.
It was a pleasure to work with Christian and Anh, who helped me on something that could have turned into a big headache and lost sales. Thank you so much!
This app has made shopify so much easier for us and more user-friendly for our customers. We have so many customization options now. And the support is awesome! We used their expert installation and were so pleased! Would recommend.
This app was just what we needed to add the option to monogram items from our store. After lots of phone time with Shopify and lots of research, this was a great solution! The only thing that would make it better would be the option to have an additional charge for the monogramming, however we were able to figure out a solution through the app for that as well and with a little work on out end, have been able to avoid a $20 or more monthly charge for apps that allow you to charge fees for monogramming. Overall, this is the best free app out there for this kind of thing!

This app is perfect for adding extra options for my site. Shopify by itself only allows so many options and or variations. I make/sell candles, I have over 100 different scents, and I have 4 size options. With this app, I don't have a problem making sure all the options are available.

Awesome Support. We have been using this app for many months. The support has been very friendly and fast each time assistance is required. It works without any flaws. The Conditional Logic for Bundles is a great feature giving this app an extra boost of Brains. Hope to see more additional features soon.
