Infinite Options is a great app in general, BUT their customer service is AMAZING!!!! They are quick to answer, and are very detailed and helpful. I am more comfortable using Shopify now, because of their help! Thank you!!
I use this app on two of our websites and it works great! We have had great success with using the bundle add-on product feature. The small fee for the expert install is definitely worth it because they will customize the dropdown to fit your website styling. Support is very responsive and helpful!

Infinite Options enabled us to build out multiple option sets both with and without additional costs. There is a ton of additional functionality that we have not implemented yet but will 'grow into' as our online store develops. Support are professional and very responsive. Highly recommend!
