We wanted to add some specific options for our customers (specifically, a delivery date, time & card message) and I was intimidated by coding. Thus, I sought help with Infinite Options and they executed my requests right away. I was pleased with how easy it was and appreciate some of the teachable moments this app provides.

Great app, but i would prefer it if uploadery was free or if you included a free file uploader in this app, that would be awesome! save us a lot of money.

kept glitching when I was trying to set it up
Not user friendly for me. The educational video (with the woman) was not beneficial: she went entirely too fast through the steps, but topping that was her language and speech quality which was very hard for me, personally, to understand. I was on chat with support for quite awhile yesterday, first with someone who was awesome , but then someone else took over and the communication lag time was sooo long in between revisions, that I think he got frustrated and quit responding. I wish I could get those hours that I spent struggling back...
This might be a good app for others, but it certainly wasn't a good fit for me.
The app has stopped working without any change to the system, which cost us a lot of money and we probably lost a lot of customers on our webshop who in times like these are more important than ever.
No support during business times for european customers!
Really useful. Helped me to add many more options to the products we sell, and also pretty straightforward to add to templates, such as the invoice and packing list.
