Wanted to wait until we had a product restock before leaving a review. So far the app does what it promises to do. Lots of options to customize and make the widget your own. Customer service is super responsive and extremely helpful :)
Service was quick & efficient!!! I called to get my Notify Me button added to my new theme and he was so nice!!! it looks beautiful!!!!
I like that the notification can be easily seen by the customer. The button to click to be notified is right beneath the purchase button. I like that the choice of email or SMS is offered to the customer so they can be notified when the item is back in stock. The customers is notified right away that the item that they are waiting for is available for them to purchase.
We tried several apps for restock alerts and this was the best of them all. It is simple to use and works very well. We had a few problems with the coding and stuff but support was super helpful and very quick in their replies and fixes. I would recommend it!

This app has been tremendously useful during this time as we have seen an uptick of sales and were consistently out of stock on select product SKU's. We needed a restock notification app QUICK.
Back In Stock's app seamlessly integrates with our storefront, is easily customized and we continue to see new features and updates which shows how well they know their user base.
Jaydeep has been very responsive and quick to update features directly on our shopify store almost in an instant. I have never encountered such quick service for product support.
