The Back In Stock app by Appikon works great! We find it a very useful tool, especially for our product. Performs exactly as it should and provides a lot of information and functionality. The support team is excellent and very responsive and helpful.

Okayyyyy blown away by this app! Personalized support in the middle of the night, custom coding things for me. this app is awesome and with the best customer support! It's going to bring a lot of extra revenue in from lost out of stock sales too. Really excited about it! Way prettier and better easier to use interface than the competitors (I download several similar apps and this one seems way better than the others)

UPDATE: I've used this app for years and they've gotten better customer service too, and they're willing to do the work for you in getting everything custom coded to look good on your website. We have a high end brand so I needed everything to look really good, and they gave me the attention needed to make sure that everything is set up well.

Love this app! We have been using this app for a while now and it is invaluable to us. The customer service is excellent. They just helped us fix an issue. Speedy and fixed it! We have seen great response from customers who otherwise may not have purchased, coming back to purchase after being notified that a product is back in stock. Highly recommend.

I was having some trouble getting the widget to show on my product pages. I have a custom theme and Abuzar's help was fast, well-informed, and got the app working for me! He even included screen shots to help me find what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Very good installation support due to my theme not being fully supported. I logged a ticket on Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, and Satendra picked it up and resolved my issues promptly. Great service and the product looks like it does exactly what I need!

I've also since install logged a support ticket to fix a compatibility issue with my theme, and this was also picked up and fixed within the hour.

I have installed the Appikon Back in stock app and it was very easy and straight forward , worked straight away. I have previously used other apps but this is by far the best. Runs smoothly, no delays. As it worked so well I have now installed the Pre Order app as well.

Attention aux facturations abusives !

Nous utilisons cette application depuis un certain temps et plus de 3 000 dollars nous ont été facturés à tort principalement pour des SMS soi-disant envoyés, alors que :

1. Nous n'avons JAMAIS dépassé les limites d’envois affichées sur l’application
2. En janvier 2025, l’équipe nous a assuré par écrit que les SMS étaient désactivés pour notre compte.
Pourtant, en mars 2025, plus de 400 dollars de frais SMS nous ont encore été facturés !

Les tarifs ne sont ni clairs ni accessibles, et il est impossible de désactiver complètement cette fonction depuis l’application. Ils rejètent la faute sur shopify en vous faisant croire que c'est Shopify qui facture les SMS.

Nous considérons cela comme de la fraude pure et simple. Des remboursements ont été refusés malgré les preuves, et nous avons engagé des poursuites judiciaires.

Vérifiez vos factures ligne par ligne. Cette application facture en toute opacité et rejette la faute sur les utilisateurs.
