Fantastic App and great customer service.

We had several issues out of the gate, but after working with Ryan from the support team, all of our issues were resolved in a timely fashion. They are responsive and as of today everything is working perfectly as promised. Communication and timely responses are key to a successful relationship and we found this with Ryan from Bold Apps.

My web site was already working for my direct customer but I had to do manual invoice for my commercial customer that use my product for resale with a margin. It was a lot of work to produce the invoice, send statement, track for payment, I had one employee full time for this administration duty.

With the app "customer pricing", I was able to sell to my regular customer and to my wholsale network with special tag and offer them margin on the product. I can with the app, manage different price list, hide or add a prodcut to a customer and do custom price list. Two years ago, I sent every wholesale customer to my web site, they had to log-in and order on-line.

It is very easy for us now, they pay directly at the order, they get their invoice and we ship them the merchandise. Its less paper work, and our cashflow is better, they pay net at the order. I reduce the work needed at the administration to put the emphasize on production and customer service.

We are more efficient since we add the app "customer pricing" on our web site.

The support team did a lot to help me install and start with my different price list. I know I'm not specific but they stay connected with me until I was totally satisfied with the app. It take a little time to understand how the app works and they answer all my question.

I had to adapt some of my product option. I have different customized "product.liquid" that add some detail about our product. They helped me by doing some coding to get everything fine.

I worke with a lot of support team online but the Bold team is great!

I had some minor problems after the app was installed. I took some screenshot, and mailed the to Bold. The day after all of the problems were fixed and they even gave an extra free month. I will most definitely recommend using Bold's Customer Pricing app! It works seamlessly, it is easy to use and my customers loves it!

We have been using Bold Apps Customer Pricing for going on 2 years. We chose Bold Apps because of their expertise, range of diverse market leading apps, time saving features and of course the ability to offer quick and effective customer service.

This App in particular has been pivotal in helping to develop and grow our wholesale business. At first like all Apps there is a leaning curve however once you have the basics down, its really quiet a powerful, stable piece of gear and very easy to use. Especially with the recent upgrade, which really helped simply the processes even further and help with the logic. Point being however, Bold do spend time reviewing their products and are always looking out for improvements. This of course helps people like me do my job more effectively and helps to go on and impress our customers as well!

A quick note on the customer service which is severely lacking with most business these days - Bold are really on the Ball. A special shout out to Guri and Guru Harry who helped with a particularly puzzling issue that turned out to be a confussed customer logging in and out at different times to circumvent the system. So, well spotted guys. Nailed it.

And to Bold, you have a very happy and loyal customer over here in Australia. I will certainly be looking to add more Bold Apps to our systems knowing the level peoffesionalism, skill and quality of your Apps. Keep up what you are doing - dont change a thing : )
