This is a fantastic app by a fantastic company. The tagging feature is exactly what we wanted so that we can specify which products are seen by which customers. On top of that, customer service is AMAZING! Responded within an hour, held the conversation for over a week, and went above and beyond by doing some custom work for us. No complaints whatsoever.

I'm not great with the behind the scenes stuff so i paid for it to be installed, which was done very quickly with great support!

Shappify offers just what I need --- I sell primarily to retail shops, but also want to sell directly to consumers. I prefer to have the wholesale pricing for retailers private, but still offer a quick and easy-to-access interface for them to use within my current site. Bingo. No more downloading forms and faxing orders, no second website, no special retailer portal....Consumer Pricing integrates my wholesale pricing seamlessly into my Shopify site, revealing the wholesale pricing only to people that I specify.

And it is absolutely perfect. The ways I can customize my pricing tiers and which products it applies to and which visitors get what is fabulous, simple to set up, and gets me thinking of all the ways I can play with it in the future (discount incentives to loyal customers, different levels of wholesale pricing, bogos, bulk discounts, etc.).

As with everyone else that's commented, I found the folks over at Shappify really helpful. They worked with me to install the app to get me up and running without delay. I also have their locator map app, and just love it, too. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.....

For me this is the perfect app for allowing my corporate clients to login and see only their selected products that their employees are authorized to purchase at their negotiated discounts. Bold's support is prompt and they stood by and supported me all the way while I implemented the necessary Liquid code changes all on my own - it probably would have been better all round if I'd asked them to do this for me but on a positive note, I'm much wiser now on how their app hangs together.

We are using the app on 2 stores and encountered some pricing update issue. Mohit from support was extremely professional, responsive, kept us updated with the progress they've made and needless to say we now have a solution in place. Thanks, guys, great support!

Support was amazing! The initial install was easy but we needed some tweaks for the specific design theme we have and the support rep we had was so quick and helped get everything up and running.

Wonderful customer service and looks to be extremely promising as far as increasing AOV. Can't go wrong with BOLD.

If you're looking to create a B2B site, you absolutely need this app. Without this app, we would have totally skipped out on using Shopify to build our store. Awesome support so far.
