Merchants highly recommend this app for its superior features, user-friendly interface, and excellent support. They appreciate the Sidekick AI feature for drafting responses to emails and live chats, and unique features like embedding forms into live chat and viewing customer carts. The seamless integration with Aircall and Shopify, ability to handle multiple channels in one place, and provision of detailed customer information are valued. The self-service portal is noted for reducing customer queries and the mobile app for live chat and ticketing is well-received. Merchants find it affordable and scalable.

We're always finding more ways to take advantage of all the Richpanel features!
Our customers' experience has seen a dramatic improvement since switching to Richpanel. The interface is attractive, and customers can quickly get answers to many questions without talking to an agent.
Our team loves it too, it's easy to use, and agents have order and customer information at their fingertips.
I highly recommend this app, the Richpanel team is fantastic to work with, and we now have multiple stores using it; we couldn't be happier.

I have a super small business where it's just me and i love how this allows me to have all of the various channels connected to one app without having to pay an astronomical amount of money. The support team (who did not ask me to leave this btw) was super helpful and patient. They got on a zoom call and walked me through a process that was too technical for me to figure out. I inquired if they had an app, which they didn't at the time, but they allowed me to join the beta version of the app. I'm honestly just really pleased with the service all around.

We had some questions about some functionalities of RichPanel and reached out to the helpdesk. The helpdesk was very swift in responding to our requests, and managed to help us to achieve our goals in setting up some automation configurations within RichPanel interface. Even though we are still on the free plan, we are still getting a very quick responses from them. The level of services are excellent, and would definitely recommend others to use their services.

Easy to use interface, easy to make customizations, very user friendly. Support staff is always available and willing to make requested changes so platform works with other integrations.

We have tested many chat and CRM systems. Just as Shopify is the most intuitive shop system, Richpanel is the clearest and most intuitive chat and CRM system. Multiple requests can be merged, you always have the absolute overview. A small suggestion for improvement: Perhaps it should be possible to use certain services a little more cheaply. WhatsApp, for example, should actually be standard. Last: The support is great too! Competent guys with timely solutions. Thank you :-)

I am disappointed I did not learn about this app sooner! It has made our customer service much more professional and efficient. I no longer have to manage several channels all at once. The setup was a bit challenging for me personally, but the customer service team took amazing care of me and made sure I was confident using this app! I can't thank them enough.

This App is really the best CRM I've used. Simple to set up but great in all features... Salute to Mark, the technical support so far, very detailed.. and to Sonika who is always there to assist via WhatsApp. I will keep on referring this App to my other friends. I like the overall interface of this app. -Christian
