I've been trying to find the perfect Helpdesk/chat app for our website and have been through them all here on the Shopify AppStore. I must say that Richpanel is by far the best and their customer service is awesome, even though I'm still on the free plan! They will do everything they can to help you! Great app, and great service. I have a super small business where it's just me and i love how this allows me to have all of the various channels connected to one app without having to pay an astronomical amount of money. The support team (who did not ask me to leave this btw) was super helpful and patient. They got on a zoom call and walked me through a process that was too technical for me to figure out. I inquired if they had an app, which they didn't at the time, but they allowed me to join the beta version of the app. I'm honestly just really pleased with the service all around.

The helpdesk was very swift in responding to our requests, and managed to help us to achieve our goals in setting up some automation configurations within RichPanel interface. Even though we are still on the free plan, we are still getting a very quick responses from them. The level of services are excellent, and would definitely recommend others to use their services.
