Exceptional Turnaround in Service and Support

Initially, I left a 1-star review for Customily, detailing challenges with product uploads, design tool glitches, and a lack of effective customer support. My experience was frustrating, as I encountered difficulties in usage and felt the app fell short of its potential.

However, I recently decided to give Customily another chance, and I'm glad I did. This decision came after discovering that my own email settings were inadvertently blocking communications from Customily, which was a key factor in the initial support challenges I faced.

Upon reaching out again, I was assisted by Cecilia from customer service, and had the opportunity to speak with Josema and Gustavo during a Zoom call. The level of support and guidance I received this time was exceptional and far beyond what I had anticipated. They addressed my concerns thoroughly, demonstrating both the capabilities of the app and their commitment to user satisfaction.

This positive experience has led me to reconsider my initial impression. Not only have my issues been resolved, but I've also gained a deeper understanding of and appreciation for what Customily offers. The dedication of the support team, especially the personalized assistance from Cecilia, Jose, and Gustavo, has completely changed my perspective.

In light of this, I am updating my review to 5 stars. My renewed experience with Customily underscores the importance of open communication and the impact of dedicated customer service. I'm grateful for the patience and support provided by the Customily team, and I'm excited to continue using their app with a newfound appreciation for its potential and the team behind it.

It's the customer service for me. Yes, the app has several functionalities that opens up many possibilities for customization. I had a situation where I needed to offer a personalized blanket with different backgrounds. Half way into design, I realized I needed to offer a background remove option for customers' photos. It was crunch time and in the height of the holiday season--just 2 weeks away from Christmas and I didn't know how to integrate this feature into the design. I reached out to Customily, and the co-founder, Martina, of Customily responded. She connected me with Jose who literally dropped what he was doing to make a video to guide me through the process. I still needed help. Jose ended up creating the entire design and hooking up the api to my pod. Talk about going the extra mile. This is it! Customily takes care of their customers' needs and ensures that they have what's needed to deploy their products. Very appreciative of this app and the service they provide. Highly recommend them. Btw, they followed up with me recently and had a one on one to walk me through product creation with the app.

OUTSTANDING software!

Unless you've been living under a rock, then you know that personalization is key in the POD space.

Let's face it.. print on demand has become a commodity.. if you REALLY want to differentiate yourself, allow your customers to personalize their POD product.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but tech support is fantastic and once you figure it out it's not that difficult.

I've tested EVERY customizer product currently available as of Dec '23.. Hands down Customily beats them all easily.

This is a complete game changer for me.

One of the worst apps I ever worked on
They don't have auto-save features, after working for 3 hours and my connection failed, I had to start all over again and this is not the first , second or third time this would be happening.
Secondly the app loads very slow

I absolutely recommend this app. They have top notch customer service and they will go above and beyond to help you with any issues. They reached back out immediately and even got on a zoom call with me personally to walk me through my issue step by step, found an issue in the code on my Shopify store and fixed within an hour!! Jose is amazing and super easy going and explains things thouroughly for you to understand and he also recorded the session for me so I could go back and watch at any time. They also have step by step videos on Youtube you can watch at any time for several different features.

After trying several customisation apps, I found Customily to be the best regarding value, price, service, and robustness. I had many technical issues to accommodate, and the app needed to be fully functional and cost-effective without hidden fees. I truly thought I would never find the right app because of my requirements. But after much testing, Customily worked well and delivered on its promise without problems. The con of this app is that sometimes it is challenging to set up your custom products when one is a beginner. But the support I have received has been fantastic. I actually like to play and experiment with it. Customily is great! It's super to be using it again. Thank you.

Customily has gone above and beyond with there customer service. I struggled trying to figure it out and with the help of customily and Josema and many many videos and live sessions, I've got most of it worked out where I can start customizng certain products. One of the best and worth using custom apps.
Support enthusiastically supports the team.
There are some points that Customily can improve in the near future.
1. You can export and import option sets together.
2. When uploading clipart values ​​to the option set, you have to upload each value, not all of them
up for a while.
Having to enter the image option manually can be confusing.
3. In the template when selecting any layer, do not know the position of that layer relative to other layers. (is it in the middle or left or right).
4. App sometimes lags

So far I love this app, still learning but the customer is excellent!! Thank you for being there! Great App :)

I got the app and had an issue customizing the product. I reached out to Josema with Customily and his customer service was above and beyond! He walked me through the process and extended my free trial. They have outstanding customer service! It's a little bit of a learning curve, but when you have a problem you can always reach out to them and they will answer your question. Josema has good communication skills and extensive knowledge about the products and services offered by his company. I can't wait to scale my business and write more positive reviews.

I am really excited for what is to come with my customily journey. I love the technology and I am pretty sure this is the best personalization software for shopify.

Of the available apps that provide customization options for customers to upload photos and input text and change fonts, etc., this seems to have the most user friendly interface. The customer service from Customily has been very responsive. While there is a learning curve it seems well worth it. It is a real difference maker for selling personalized products.

It has great tools and settings but bear in mind that it will take it some time to understand how to properly make it work. Even though, this app has great customer service.

I have found Customily personalisation app to be one of the best so far so good. Much easier to use than i thought.
I have tried several apps and admit support is the next biggest thing apart from a well needed clever app to move forward in your project build.
I used their support chat and realised they are in a different time zone to the UK I waited and my patients paid off. Cecilia has offered excellent support who understands the app and with great depth. Cecilia helped several times and was a pleasure, believe me the wait was worth it. There's a lot of apps out there for customizing products. So why Customily? Well, their set up process is SO much easier than everything else that's out there. The UI is easy to navigate and all functions are simple to create. This is from someone that is tech savvy, but not to that extent.

On top of that, their customer service and dev teams are incredibly helpful. If there's anything that's out of your reach, they are sure to help. Well worth the price!
