Easy to use and great customer service. Added a custom metric for me very quickly when I reached out with a question.

This app is very handy for pulling information form your website ensuring your customer gets the best experience possible. There customer service is very quick and professional and always there to give a hand when needed.

I just installed the app for the free trial and immediately Sam offered me to hep with a report that was the most important to me. While he was preparing my report, I then watched the 6 short video tutorials. They are so well done, not overwhelming at all. I like when it is right to the point. I think this app is going to be so useful for my business growth and it is a very fair price depending on your specific need. For me I think the $10 plan is best and will move up if I feel it's time to do so. But really really happy with the app so far and plan to get the best out of it and I feel the support is going to be amazing.

I've only been using this for a few weeks, but so far the experience has been great with the $20 version. While the custom reports are a bit difficult to figure out yourself, the support is top-notch, and you can simply tell them what you want in your report, and 24 hours later, a report with those exact specs are in your inbox. All the data I was worried that I wouldn't be able to extract from Shopify, Data Export has been able to obtain without a problem. Great job guys!

These guys rock! You can do pretty much any type of report manipulating the data available from your Shopify store, which is pretty awesome! Besides, whenever you need help, they are available to help! Thanks to Subash for helping us!

I used it to export sales data but more to determine the split of items on sale vs items not on sale. Gave me all the info with an easy to use interface and support is amazing.

This is an incredibly sophisticated Data Export App just miles ahead of anything else I tested. We have used it to build a complex Commission Calculator using a number of rigidly defined rules all driven by Sales from the Shopify POS.
It's quite daunting to use oneself (due to the fact it can do so much) but support has been incredible. I defined what we required and the Team have created the data report for us, programming various conditions to make the calculations work depending on Order Tags, Staff ID, Payment Status etc.. I didn't expect the level of service I've received or grasp how smart the App really is.
I'd say there is almost nothing that cannot be exported from your Shopify Store using this App. Not only that, the App can be used to make conditional calculations on your data too.
It's insanely good value for money when I consider what other developers would charge for this work.
If you need some serious business data that goes way beyond what you can do with inbuilt Shopify reports or other Apps definitely give this a go.
