Data Export is amazing! It has the most custom features and has allowed us to expand our business to areas that we never thought we could accommodate. The capabilities are unmatched and the support team(especially Shawn) is unbelievable and willing to bend over backward to help you accomplish what you are looking to do. With Data Export, your possibilities are endless!
My only regret is not finding this app sooner. I've talked with David a couple of times and his ability to customize the report to fit EXACTLY what I need, is an experience that's unimaginable. 10/10 would recommend everyone to at least try their trial run. They helped me customize a report that showed even the smallest fees that we were missing that's not available in any Shopify report.
Data Export is Awesome!!! They went the extra mile to help us to get the needed reports. So glad I tried them as I tried many other App's but could not find what I was looking for and the level service that Data Export showed us was beyond helpful for us.
Needed to contact support with a couple quick questions. The Live Chat feature is quick, concise, and very easy. My questions were answered and I was able to fulfill my customer's need, which makes ME look good.

For some reason Shopify doesn't give you access to some important basic bookkeeping reports unless you are on the higher paid plans. But Data Export came to the rescue. My bookkeeper was wanting to understand which orders were going to each payout and this app was able to pull this info. Additionally, I was needing a couple fields they didn't have listed, but when I contacted customer support, they quickly implemented the fields I needed into my reports overnight. Great product and great customer service. It's not very often that I'm totally pleased with an app.
The customer service is great and very responsive, the team helps create custom reports in a very short time. The app itself is very helpful especially if you have the Shopify basic plan, because it allows you to create reports that the basic plan on Shopify doesn't (only available on higher shopify plans). Overall, it's a great app and is performing well so far.
Awesome app, proving to be very useful for reporting and automation. Customer support is top notch and can't complain about the price. 5-stars all round.
The app is great, lots of features and if they are hard to navigate then the customer service is top notch. Amal was very helpful and resolved my confusion quickly!
With this app I have been able to have a correct stock overview in a few minutes! the tools in shopify are much to complicated!
