best app for exporting and amazing customer service! i needed to export custom line items and had no idea how, and they had no problem helping me with it! :)

Very customisable, seems like it can do everything. It takes a bit of learning, but the customer support will create templates for you to do anything in short time!

I felt the directions and user friendliness of the app itself wasn't as easy as it could be, but the customer service was superb and prompt. I appreciate the help!

We love this app! We have several stores on Shopify and we use this app on all of them. We have to export our orders and import them into our backend system and this report has been a life saver.
