I am very happy and satisfied with the level of service from customer support and love the ease of navigating the website. Asha was extremely patient with me and took the time, even into the wee hours of the morning, to make the necessary corrections and updates to my customized report. She showed her excellent knowledge and expertise on all subjects that I had questions on. She and the other reps that I have come in contact with have shown excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!
I've been using this app for a couple of months and its terrific! Their IT support, getting set up, and then tweaking what I need quickly has been MAJOR! They understood what I needed and was able to get me set up very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this app!

The app is super helpful for automated reporting / analysis. Nirmala has been super helpful in setting up custom columns and filtering such as, sell through % and personalized sorting.
We've used the app for a few weeks and love it! It's so easy to set up and customise reports, easy to export (we set them to go directly into Google Sheets), easy to schedule them and the support from the team is superb - they're always very quick to respond and provide assistance. Very impressed so far!
Data Export has been great for my business! I am a small business and because I don't use barcodes on my products, I'm not able to use the "scanner" on my phone to complete my inventory count. I wasn't able to find a way to print inventory reports in the Shopify app so that I could print my inventory lists for manual counting purposes.
Data Export has premade reports that allowed me to print off my inventory and sort/filter by Product Collection. When the count was complete, I was able to create a Custom Report to filter and sort my inventory data to create a report with the Collection, Product, Cost and Quantity information I needed to get a current inventory snapshot. Such a timesaver!
I had a couple of questions throughout the process and the customer service team for this app is AMAZING! The live chat is super responsive and each member I have chatted with has been able to help me resolve the issue I was having within minutes.

I have been using for a few weeks now. Its really easy to make the reports that you actually need and you can make custom fields (i.e. a field that is actually the value of 2 or 3 other fields combined). Also the customer support is almost instant. Whenever I have needed a field that doesn't seem to be available they create it for me and add it to my spreadsheet for me. I am very happy with the app and the service.
This app solved a problem I was having with downloads for VAT returns, but due to it flexibility, I believe we will be using this for more things in the future. The support wasn't available on the weekend, but they were very quick and responsive on Monday and we got everything resolved. Great app, and great support!!
