The customer service is still AMAZING!! They are so extremely helpful. Definitely worth having this app. They save me so much time from doing formulas in spreadsheets for analysis. I would give them 20 Stars if I could. This is a MUST HAVE.

Great reports and when you need customization they do it for you within a day. Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend.

This app is great to run all reports you may need! It is something we were lacking within our company and now we have daily reports sent. You create it once and forget about it! Very helpful to keep track of your business. Their chat system is also great when you have a quick question. Just had them edit a report we had to gather the information we were missing. They worked hard and fast to deliver this report to us. Very helpful

We used this to help us with inventory report to review sales trends and forecast for the future. The live chat feature was such a huge help and Dominic was fantastic answering questions to get the report we needed built. We are very happy to have this option to get data from Shopify that isn't part of the Shopify reporting!!

Still using this app - June 2024. The reports are great and so much easier to work with than Shopify CS. Their chat feature is fab!

Great app. The automatic reporting - across all segments: orders, products, customers etc - is a game-changer. This functionality has allowed us to build a load of functionality in google sheets, without which we would need to be paying orders of magnitude more for advanced sales/inventory apps. It also allows us to automatically email information to suppliers straight from Data export without manual intervention which saves loads of time. Recommend to all Ecomm SMEs.

The daily order report has helps us tremendously to see all order info in one place. We also needed very specific data for a very specific use and the support team was hugely helpful in creating a custom report, with such a fast run around as well. This app and the people behind it have saved us much time, and help streamlined our process! Highly recommend it!

edit: We have now been with Data Export for 4 years and are still loving their tech support, streamlined processes and useful tools! We will continue to use them for our business for a long time.

We have been using this app for four years, and it has helped us immensely due to the amazing range of data it is able to combine. The staff are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The one caveat is that the default templates and dropdowns don't cover all the new features/issues introduced with Shopify's new Market/Catalog system (eg. differentiate between pricing types, specify different tax/duties etc), but the staff have been helpful with creating case-by-case fixes for the past few months, and I am hopeful they will introduce more default options soon.

UPDATE: 3 Years Later and we couldn't live without this app. I end up getting frustrated when other programs we use in the business can't generate date exports as easily and smoothly as Data Export. Even when we come up against challenges, the support team have logged on and built a solution for us before most companies have raised the a support ticket.

Still testing but so far the support has been great and hopefully this will work. We are using the app to send inventory files automatically to SFTP so that we can automate wayfair inventory updates - thank you for your help guys!

Before downloading this app I emailed customer support to ask a specific question, in less than 24 hours I had a reply. After downloading the app, Daniel helped with set up and getting on the right track to pull the reports we needed. All of this took less than 24 hours to install, set up, and get support. Very impressed with the attention we have received and this app is going to save HOURS and HOURS of manual data entry. Highly recommend!

Recently upgraded to their new version and all the staff have been super helpful and very quick to respond to all of our questions. They also migrated over all of our existing reports. Excellent service and app! Would highly recommend this app for all report needs.

Love this app

One year on from my last review and the only change has been that the support has improved...It was great 12 months ago but is now enhanced.
This app is so easy to use... once you set it up it runs and runs.
It includes a great scheduler and if you need something special the support guys are right there to help in no time and THEY FOLLOW UP.

How useful is this app and helpful is Vincent. A great UE for me.
This has solved so many of my issues in developing a way to migrate my order data into my warehousing software seamlessly.
