We are a 3PL and we needed to ftp some files on a weekly basis to a third-party vendor for 4 of our Shopify clients. We were unsure how to do this and opened a request with DataExport to help us out. They gladly set this up for us and are always offering to help us with any reports we need assistance with.
Great customer service. Reply so fast. Easy to use. Recommened. Added a custom metric for me very quickly when I reached out with a question.
The application is very powerful, I use it in about ten shops. Their after-sales service is very helpful and available
This app is a lifesaver for calculating taxes for remittance periods, but mostly because the support is amazing! They can build specific reports with great detail simply based on my description of what I needed.

This is a very good app for me, it gives me all the datas I need for my bookkeeper and it spares me hours of work and pay for itself. That is just excellent. I have been wasting time trying to get a very simple report with another app. Installed this app and within a few minutes Domenic had set it up for me. Exactly what I needed It is wonderful to be able to talk to a human and get it resolved so quickly and so well. Definitely worth every cent.
