I have tried many reporting apps and I have to say that while this one may require a bit more of learning curve, it is the most comprehensive. What pushes it over the top is that the developers are willing to help customize reports and even help integrate with third party APIs. This is especially useful for companies who care about having things like CGS be a part of their reports. While other developers take the easy way out and just say no, these people work with you until your reports are how you need them to be.

Literally a must-have for all D2C businesses and great customer support. Was able to get a lot more data out of Shopify than the standard reporting system.

I used the App to pull a single report to analyze my business. Before this app I had to pull 3 different shopify reports. Made life easier.
The app is extremely comprehensive. It has every field you can imagine needing to export.
But, there are still special use cases that the preconfigured program doesn't cover. I contacted support asking for help and within a day the support had created a script for just my use case. This isn't the only time they have done so.
Perhaps one of the best customer services i have come by so far within the Shopify app store.
