Data Export IO: Reports

Every time the support folks patiently pull me through. The app is great but support is what really shines.

I finally upgrade to a Large Plan, very happy with it! now I can have many useful reports without having to do any efforts. the team is very helpful, you can be a newbie like me, but you'll get what you want with the help of the team. thanks!

I added this Ap to my store a month ago to help generate more detailed reports about my customers orders and locations for shipping. They were able to generate a report showing the in state sales taxes collected which will be very helpful for my tax accountant. The people on the other end of the help line have been very knowledgeable & patient. So happy I added this to my Shopify Store.

The customer support of this tool is excellent as they always answer to my question quickly and provided the needed support for my report development.

The tool is very flexible, and I believe it can do many kind of reports as you required.

A huge improvement over Shopify's native reporting tools, and much more reasonably priced than other options I've looked at. My one wish would be for an improvement in the UX; I know it's designed for exporting data (something it does quite well), but it's still a bit clunky looking at reports in-app. That said, customer service is very solid, and they'll even go in and add custom fields to reports you've made, if you ask. If you're looking for improved reporting capabilities for your e-com business, I'd highly recommend Data Export Reports.

Great customer service. The agent generated and helped me set up monthly sales reports to assist with planning. Their reports are very easy to read and contain the exact data I need. I am now able to have reports automatically sent to me, monthly, from the prior month on a regular basis without having to log in and create every time. Great service overall. I highly recommend.

This app is AMAZING - the support that comes with it is second to none. I just worked with these people for the last 3 days and they essentially made me a completely custom report which is going to save me dozens and dozens of hours in the future.
