Data Export IO: Reports

I had a great experience troubleshooting my report issues with Data export (Vinith). I wasn't seeing the data that I was needing, and Vinith was really helpful in resolving the issue. It is a great product that I can use to automate my reports. I am very happy with it.

Just installed this on a 3rd store. It's been a while since I've created an reports and the changes since then seem to have been a very positive one. It's now much easier to create custom fields yourself compared to the old version and help support is very efficient and more than happy to set up the reports for you if you don't have time/knowhow to do it your self.

This is a great app - gives a lot of self-service access to data for reporting that is hard to get to within standard shopify interfaces and reports. The scheduler is very valauble, you can reiceve reports to your inbox at regular intervals.

Most valuable of all is the live help, they've been tremendously helpful to getting us set up and making tweaks as we launch.

Powerful exporting tool. Fairly priced. Interface is fairly advanced, but they have an extremely helpful and responsive technical support staff to guide you through.

Highly recommend for any business that needs more control and access to their Shopify customer, product, and order data for analytics and external reporting.

Desperately needed a report for sales by location which I thought would be achievable from within Shopify reports but alas it wasn't! So checked out a few Apps that do extra reporting and chose Data Export. Sent a message for some support and hey presto got my location report set up. Cheers

Great customer service. Easy to set up and use. Questions are answered immediately in real time. I love that I can customize the report myself. Would like to be able to merge two stores together in one report but that is a limitation set by Shopify.
