I literally have nothing bad to say about this app! DataExport makes gathering and examining data so effortless. The support team is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. They know what they are doing and are able to create tailored reports for exactly what you are looking for. So worth it.
Not only is the functionality extremely extensive and totally suited to our various needs, whenever we have a special requirement Data Export Support is always there to help. Their response is very fast and their resolutions to our challenges are in-depth and creative. I cannot recommend them more highly. Updated 5th March:
Complex report required was designed and implement by Jim within minutes of asking. Another valuable addition to the outputs that can be achieved by Data Export, with their usual expert help. Cannot recommend highly enough

Very detailed reporting, great support and quick reply to requests. Even able to customise to pull delivery data for third party app installed. The auto email of reports has made everyone's life easier!

There are a lot of pre-built reports that you can use straight away. If you do want changes, you can contact the customer service chat. Sometimes you are a bit lost in translation but in the end you will always get the report that you want. If you ask them how they do it they will kindly explain.
Data Export Reports has been an excellent tool to unlock the value of my Shopify data. Prior to starting with Data Export I had to write code to invoke Shopify's API's to get at my data. Now with Data Export it's a simple process of selecting the fields I want and scheduling the report to run.
Good product, excellent customer support. My site uses specialized add-ins for product variants which Data Export supports, however our variants are quite complex and that complexity stretched the bounds of what Data Export was designed to do. Through a quick chat with David about the limitation he was able to get my report extended. Excellent service! Highly recommended.
Incredibly flexible and versatile reporting tool. I have tried many and this is by far the best I have seen in terms of ease of use and flexibility. Their support team is 100% capable of meeting any reporting needs and they are super responsive. Wish I could give more than 5 stars for over and above excellence in features, functionality, ease of use and support.
Support quickly identified a syncing issue I had. The fixed the immediate issue so I am able to get the data I need to do my accounting. They also are using this occurrence to improve their product so that it doesn't happen again. The chat techi was helpful and respectful
Since we started work with Shopify we have struggled with reports that can achieve what we need. I have tried several apps and DATA EXPORT is brilliant. Their team is incredibly responsive to any queries and even created custom columns on our reports so we no longer have to combine multiple reports. Love it!
