Data Export IO: Reports

Data Exports has given us the ability to build custom reports to cover many needs that Shopify canned reports cannot accomplish. Additionally, we've had 2 instances where we needed to contact support and they have been ultra helpful.

We have only been using this app for a few weeks but already I am blown away by the level of customer service provided. It's so nice to be able to talk to real people and not be met with bot responses scraped by ChatGPT. Our orders come with a lot of additional order details collected by third-party apps and the team at Data Export IO have been amazing in finding the correct data fields and making up custom columns to export the data, so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day. Absolutely recommend this app!

Extremely handy app and great customer support. I'll never understand why Shopify doesn't just have this functionality built in but I'm glad Data Export fills the gap.

Cannot stress enough how great this app is. I'd been using other data export apps but they didn't allow email scheduling. That's a game changer when many actors are involved and don't want to log into apps / shopify but still have data. The service is easy to use, scheduling efficient and intuitive, and customer service has been amazing. We've had to tweak different reports to fit our bureaucratic needs and it's worked wonders!

This is a very flexible app that allows you to easily export customized reports and data export files in a time-saving fashion. Grappling with data extracted from Shopify and generating reports can take a huge amount of time if you don't have this app. With this app and a few clicks of your mouse spent choosing the options you are after, you can get exactly the report you need versus spending time trying to sift-through, reformat and transform data you extract directly from Shopify. For us, we have a need for reports that are human readable and we also extract data from Shopify that we import into our own software outside of Shopify. This app is very useful for both purposes. The support is fantastic. We had a need to export data that currently wasn't supported. We used the message function in the app to let the developer know and in less than 24 hours, they implemented that feature for us.

The reports I can create with this are far more detailed than what is provided by Shopify. I would recommend this app for sure.

This creates a number of vital reports that Shopify sadly lacks. What makes this app stand apart from the others is the incredibly helpful support team, nothing is too much trouble for them and they help you build custom reports as needed. Highly recommended.
