This is a great service, fairly fast shipping on most suppliers. HOWEVER i am only giving this a 3 star after many months of using the app
1. there is a hidden 3% cost for 2B to process your order
2. their app DOES NOT push tracking for orders in shopify, you get an email or need to log in to retrieve each orders tracking. This is a huge problem when you want complete automation and are paying the 3% for them to process an order.
3. A lot of suppliers do not offer any expedited shipping through the app only standard shipping and also only ship to USA addresses.
4. They have too much control over how a product shows up in your shop in terms of price, photo, title, product weight and description. There is a new setting I requested them to provide to help with some of these.
5. Many of these suppliers: photos are too small or degraded quality, non white backgrounds to use in your eCommerce store.
6. customer service is not lightning fast to respond, and when you have a problem order time is always of the essence.
7. If you have other suppliers or apps in your store that have shipping fees it is difficult to process an order with mixed suppliers; the shipping calculation is not possible with shopify without using another shipping app (more $) to calculate correct shipping costs. This has a lot to do with the inability to change 2B's shipping weight for each product. A nightmare really when customers are purchasing more than one item. The shipping fee is multiplied with every product in the cart (no combined shipping option)

Other than all these concerns it is fine. I would give a complete 5 star review if all of these concerns were addressed, after all it is $30 a month. It's almost worth the extra work to hook up with the supplier yourself and process your own orders with them if you are willing to do the work.

Let us address each point clearly.

1. The 3% processing fee
The 3% fee is not hidden. It is disclosed inside the dashboard and applies only when we process an order on your behalf. This covers automated order submission, payment handling, and supplier communication. Sellers always have the option to process orders manually if they prefer.

2. Tracking not pushing automatically
Tracking availability depends on the supplier and how quickly they provide it. We do provide tracking details inside the dashboard and via email. We understand the importance of full automation and we continue improving syncing features with Shopify.

3. Shipping limitations and US only suppliers
Each supplier sets their own shipping rules. Some offer only standard shipping and some ship only within the US. We clearly list shipping regions and policies per supplier so sellers can choose accordingly.

4. Product control and editing limitations
Products are synced from supplier feeds to maintain inventory accuracy. However, sellers can edit titles, descriptions, pricing, and images inside Shopify after import. We are continuously expanding customization settings, including the new option you mentioned.

5. Image quality
Images are provided directly by suppliers. We agree that some suppliers provide better assets than others. Many sellers enhance images before publishing, and we are actively working with suppliers to improve media quality standards.

6. Support speed
We respond to tickets in the order received, typically within one business day. We understand that urgent order issues require faster attention and we are working to improve response times.

7. Mixed supplier shipping challenges
When multiple suppliers are used in one store, combined shipping can be complex because each supplier charges separately. This is not unique to our system but a common dropshipping challenge. Some sellers use advanced Shopify shipping settings or third party shipping apps to better manage blended carts. We understand this adds complexity and cost, and we continue exploring improvements in this area.

We genuinely appreciate your honest review. Feedback like this helps shape product improvements. If these concerns are addressed in future updates, we hope we can earn that 5 star rating.

App works well enough, Support is good. The problem is for my industry the wholesale prices of the items available are in some case twice as high as retail, I could by all cheaper on Amazon then I would pay wholesale here. So no money to be made.

Regarding wholesale pricing, we completely understand your concern. Wholesale2B does not set product prices. Prices are provided directly by each supplier. Some suppliers operate with thinner margins, and in certain competitive niches, retail marketplaces like Amazon may sometimes offer very aggressive pricing that is difficult to match.

Dropshipping margins can vary significantly depending on:

• The niche selected
• The specific supplier used
• Branding and positioning strategy
• Bundling or value add strategies
• Target market and marketing approach

Many sellers focus on less saturated products, bundles, private label opportunities, or niche specific stores where price comparison pressure is lower.

That said, not every supplier fits every industry. We always recommend testing different suppliers and categories to find better margin opportunities.

I have been working with Wholesale2B for almost 2 years now. I've had their Amazon sync program, presently their ebay sync Program, and newly their Shopify sync program. And without a shadow of a doubt, without them I NEVER would have become a large presence with good profits in Ecommerce Online Retail. Here is what I LOVE about wholesale2b:

*1. They offer inventory sync programs that load products in very quickly (thousands) and keeps the inventory synced to warehouses with products of your choice--every 4 hours update or even manual when you put items in your lists. This saves me hours if not weeks of my time (I'm deploying almost 10K product to our various shops through their service).

*2 I choose my mark up: there are niches of products I have found there that work well on various platforms. I flush out at medium 20% profit on each sale using their inventory feeds and lists.

*3 If you wish to use them to fulfill (place order/upload tracing)--its streamlined to do so; or, you can reach out to wholesalers, set up your account with them but still use their app to sell, fulfill yourself-(they provide the contact information for you to do that if you wish) -they are fine with it (I like that flexibility).

*4 Any software or online work is not without hiccups, bumps, or flaws. So any issues I have, there is a ticket support system--there are 4 key people who answer questions and fix problem in 4-24 hours. I can count on that. They are very respectful and always willing to help you, teach you, or fix things on their end if needed.

*5. They are connected to 95 warehouses and offer over a million products from which you create your own lists and then click to push---100's of products at a time. I LOVE IT! Pick the right products with the right margin of increase and you DO sell--some products work better on certain sites though.

They are improving their software all the time. I highly recommend any of their services if you are looking to catapult your online store to the next level.

Wholesale2B does not charge cards directly. All billing for the Shopify app is handled entirely by Shopify through their secure billing system. We do not have access to manually charge anyone’s credit card.

If you are seeing a charge, it would appear on your Shopify invoice and would relate to an active subscription during that billing cycle. Even if an app is uninstalled, Shopify may still process the charge at the end of the current billing period if the subscription was active.

If you believe a charge was incorrect, please contact us with:

• Your store name
• The invoice date
• The charge amount

We are happy to review it immediately and work with Shopify if needed.

Very bad app and website, do mot waste your time and money signing up with them. Poor customer service, the website kept logging you out before because of their short sessions, their product prices are high, and when you need to source any order you have received you may be surprised to find the item "OUT OF STOCK" or "DISCONTINUED" without reflecting that onto your store inventory, and orders will have transaction fees which would make you unable to compete, Also the app is adding Shipping fee to many order I was trying to fulfil while that should have been included in the product price, which makes me unable to fulfill the order at such a very high sourcing price! Additionally, you may sometimes be shocked that the item showing up to source on their website is completely different than the item you have received the order for on your store even for the same SKU! Last but not least, when I tried to cancel my dropshipping plan with them they closed my ticket multiple times and never cancelled it and kept charging me for it!

I apologize for the dissatisfactory experience that you had with us. The automatic logging out can be disabled in your profile settings. Our inventory updates are indeed automated, so any out-of-stock products should be marked as such on your store almost immediately. However, by the time the order is placed from your end, it could happen that the product has gone out of stock. About a different product, if a different product is delivered to your customer, we provide full assistance with getting the issue resolved.

Also, your subscription is instantly canceled the moment you uninstall the Shopify app from your store. Thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B, we're grateful.

Most of the products on here are by suppliers who are using the platform for sales. The prices definitely aren’t wholesale, and alit of times are higher than store prices. People who don’t research or know what they’re looking at price wise would be setting themselves up. I also suspect from what I’ve seen that one of the fragrance suppliers has fraudulent merchandise. Most of their stuff has no upc and it’s marked up. Their website also has ridiculously low prices which is clear indicator it’s fake. Some of their reviews the customers have even said they found the products to be fake and unreturnable. So beware and be careful of what you’re doing you could really harm your company by selling fake products.

As far as Shopify they have the worst product integration out of any company I have used so far. They may be good for Amazon or Ebay but don't use them for Shopify. They have extra charges for everything you would want to set such as a charge if you want to set the margin, rounding the price and adding a Ai description to the product. The $29.99 a month is only a starting point because they charge for every little setting they can. The descriptions and pictures are terrible. They state they get that from the supplier, I suggest that they set down some requirements for the vendors to adhere to then.

Don't give them your credit card information. They are a scam. They will find a way to illegally charge you over and over even if you unsubscribe and dispute.

I see that you've been a subscribed member of Wholesale2B January. Shopify gives a very clear distinction about our app while installing it - you'd be subscribed to the monthly plan once you 7-day free trial is over. All of our subscriptions are controlled by Shopify and not us, so, to summarize, we're not "illegally" charging your credit card. As previously stated, the page at the time of install does mention that you'd be charged once the 7-day trial is over.

I see that you've uninstalled the Wholesale2B app now, so you'd not be charged further. I'd request you to review your misleading review about our app, as we do not indulge in any unfair practices at all.

A lot of products have only one photo and very little description. The descriptions are not that good. Photos are not that good quality. One example, the description says variations, but when you import there are no other variations. The descriptions don't match that well. You have to read, delete&modify. Overall, it doesn't satisfy the entire function.

I recently started a store and wanted to sell costumes. Upon looking at various apps, I signed up with Wholesale2B and could quickly find and add the products I wanted. There were a few questions that I had about the products, for which I reached out to the support and they were prompt to answer them. I'm yet to launch the store to the public, but I am confident to showcase the products that I added using this app. Overall I have an extremely positive experience.

Hello to everyone looking for suppliers, I really like this app, so far! At first it took me just a bit to figure out Wholesale2B's website layout and then navigating through the rest went with a flow. I enjoy how simple they have made everything so far. I really feel like Wholesale2B has really done it right. Finding the right supplier for me was easy and I already knew what I was looking for. The product prices seemed decent and it looks very professional. I have used so many other companies to supply my products and there were always some issues that would awry and so far, I have not had any. I will come back with an update down the road as I get more time with this company. Oh, and as for anyone with ADHD like myself, after a little time it all started to come together. Good job! Oh, and thank you!

Good selection of products just make sure you take advantage of the 7 day trial. I had all kinds of issues adding products to my list to sync to my site and their support didn't seem too interested in helping solve the issue. Just sorry I spent all those hours preparing my site for their products only to have to delete and start over.

App is not bad. But the nightmare is communication and order management. If you receive an order - hold on ! 1. Need to add funds to your account wallet - the way to do it, is through making a ticket to their system ! 2. Reply time in the ticket - takes many hours or even days ! 3. Even when you make a deposit your funds DOESN'T APPEAR IN YOUR WALLET INSTANTLY !!! Process is so complicated, that placing an order with such super slow service and process, can cost you unsatisfied clients, and canceled orders.

These are not wholesale prices. The are priced 50% - 100% above what the retail price is. You also have a 3% fee for a transaction and a $29.99 monthly fee. A seller has to sell 3 times what the actual retail rate is to make any profit. Nobody is going to pay 3 times where they can get it a lot cheaper. You cannot make a profit using your app

i Have been use this app from nov 2020, after somes months using, i can give my review, for my expirience in dropshipping business i can confirm that this is one of the better app to do business with, you can add products quickly, manage profit margin,delet products as well. you can find a lot of differents niches products for all kind of business in just fews minutes into this App.
costumers services are reactif and very professional even the week end. Hope it will continue developping the other marketplace integration like WISH, verishop, Rakuten and so on... Grettings from France Raysa

I still use this app, trying to find another supplier, and here is why I extremely do not recommend it.
1- The website is extremely slow, everything you need to do on the website takes forever to load. 2- Verification they ask you to verification; Prove of address, Prove of ID, prove of Credit Card. (waste of a huge time)
3- Support: OMG, how I can explain how bad is it, they do not have live chat or phone support, every time you need their help you need to create a ticket with takes no less than 24 hours to solve sometimes they don't even respond.
4- Prices 29.99 is not bad for a 10k product if it works well, but here is the cath, if you need to round the number you have to pay an extra $5 if you like to make the markup price from then, you have to pay another $5, but this is not only a one-time fee, this is every time you publish new products to your store also they have they own fee for every sell that you have true W2B. Yeah, is really bad.
5- Product quality and price. Pictures quality is not that good, a product from the supply is an old cheap product, they try to sell it, and the price is a horrible expense. You can even compete with others suppliers. and the list of bad thing is huge

We take our members' feedbacks very seriously, and yours is no different to us. Let me address the concerns one by one.
1- Website speed: We've recently made some modifications to our server configurations in order to improve the loading speeds. Could you please give it one more shot? You would notice a huge difference.

2- Verification documents: We ask for official documents of you in order to mitigate any scamming attempts. We've come across scammers using credit cards of other people or pretending to be someone that they're not, and we strictly disallow such practices. This is done for your own safety, albeit being a bit of a hassle.

3- Support: Even though we do not provide live chat or phone support, we do pride on our support system. All tickets are answered within 1 business day in as elaborate manner as possible. If we leave your ticket unanswered - which seldom happens - you can always drop us a message on our social media channels and we'd immediately take it from there.

4- Roundup price and checkout fee: The Markup upgrade that costs $5 doesn't have to be paid product-wise, it applies to the whole list that you curated. The checkout fee, on the other hand, is levied by PayPal, which we have little to no control over. If you do not wish to use our checkout, you're always welcome to work with the supplier on an individual basis. All suppliers' details are mentioned in the member's portal, without having to pay anything to view it.

5- Product quality, price, and product images: The information about the products are provided by suppliers themselves and so are the products - all on 'as is' basis - without Wholesale2B adding any margin over them or intervening in any manner. If you feel that a supplier is unworthy, you may contact us to let us know more about it. We're always here to listen to your feedback.

They service charge you for everything. I had to pay for an order from the “wallet”. They charged me a service charge to put money in the wallet. Then they charged me another service charge to pay for the item from the wallet. I paid for them to go through and price my items and I still lost money.

I can only forecast good business to this guys!
I have walked away from many products and services entirely because of lack of support or plenty of poor services.
That's not the case here! I needed support, i got within reasonable time and it was as friendly a fellow coworker would be, yet professional beyond my expectations!

This app is so amazingly easy to use. Order processing is a snap and the tech guys are great! I'm already planning my second Shopify store and I'll use the W2B app to stock that one as well. I highly recommend this app and the great staff at W2B!

Yes Yes, And Yes,5 stars, with no doubt in my mind, a great product, with highly motivated, people behind the product, if you're smart you buy the mother f ing product, it's a win-win situation, I am content as a consumer, and that's what counts!!!
