Sorry for the late review
I just wanted to say that the agent "Ralla" was extremely helpful in getting me set up with orders that came into my Shopify store and went to DSers and I had NO IDEA what to do with them. She gave me very detailed instructions on how to fulfill those orders in DSers and mark them in Shopify. So a great big shout out to her and thank you to her for helping me. I was TOTALLY lost without her help

I was having issues fufilling a failed order but Lucia was a great help who guided me through the issue and I was able to fufill the failed order. My experience with Lucia was great and she helped me through the problem with a fast response time and I am happy. I am gratefull to receive her help as without it I would have been struggling to fufill a failed order myself.
